JetDrive Go App not recognizing my JetDrive Go when running iOS 9.3.1.

Please download the exclusive JetDrive Toolbox software (https://us.transcend-info.com/supports/special.aspx?no=181) to recover the JetDrive Go online.

If your iOS device is running iOS 9.3.1, our internal testing has discovered that the JetDrive Go may not be detected after updating to iOS 9.3.1. The issue does not occur on devices running iOS 9.3.2 or later (including iOS9.3.2) or earlier versions of iOS. Please operate the JetDrive Go on a recommended version of iOS.
