If your CM42/CM80 won’t be recognized by your PC, please check the following.

1. Please make sure that the M.2 SSD installed in the enclosure kit has a SATA interface.
2. Please connect it to a USB 3.0 port to ensure sufficient power supply from the host.
3. Please check that the M.2 SSD is running the latest or the suitable FW version.
