Why can't I upload a single file larger than 4GB to the StoreJet Cloud?

Category : Setup / Operation
Some web browsers have a size restriction for any single file uploaded, which is 4 GB. This will result in transfer failure.
StoreJet Cloud uses ext4 file system, which does not have the 4 GB file size limit.

If you need to upload a single file larger than 4 GB in size to the StoreJet Cloud, you can use Samba, FTP, or AFP protocol.
For more details, please refer to the following user's manual in section 2: Using the StoreJet Cloud → "Uploading files using Windows" and "Uploading files using macOS"

Note:
1. If your device uses the same LAN as the StoreJet Cloud, you can access it directly through Samba, FTP, AFP protocol.
2. If you would like to remote access to the StoreJet Cloud via Samba, FTP, or AFP protocol, setting up the port forwarding in the router is required.
About the router setting, please contact your router manufacturer for more help.
